This kind of rig is about what I had in mind. The Mack tractor was a mid 70 R model, that needed the engine built. The seller was hoping I would return and give him $500.
But the controlling interests of MY operation say no dice. They want something that will go in under CDL, and liscense like a RV or farm truck, or something non-commercial, since we don't hire out. I am frequently reminded that I won't be the principle driver anymore, and a CDL would only benefit to help me find a job somewhere ELSE!.
Red, how are you going to move the 4400?
