Think that's bad - it took the tractor place where we took our Krone 260 baler 10 weeks to get it "fixed" and that's only because I started to fuss about it after it sat untouched in their yard for 7 weeks. They said it was ready once and when we came to pick it up, the tieing mechanism didn't work. They hadn't even checked it. We told them to fix it and left. Called on it two weeks later and it was supposedly "field ready". Picked it up, took it home, they hadn't even touched the tieing mechanism. We fixed it and several other things they were supposed to fix ourselves. They won't get any more of our business.
