Probably going to get slaughtered for this BUT. From an outsider looking in (Canadian and not so willing provider of natural resources at cost) did you EVER wonder whether the USA could forget about fighting wars that "ARE NOT ABOUT OIL" and use the casah left behind to develop your own?
