If the machine is in good condition that price is sorta on the low side, at least around here. Beware, new tracks and rollers can cost $20,000 or so and is is easy to drop $7000 in a transmission. If it is all used up and worn out run away. If it drives good, tracks in reasonable condition, not to much slop in the bucket linkage, no killer oil leaks (expect some) it can pay for itself in a week on the right gob.
