It really varies to county here, in one county mine on one place 900 a year on 230 acres (mostly tillable) with a few buildings which they say are exclusive agricultural (not assessed). Other farm accross the road, the same way on buildings 60 acres 300. In the next county, 185 acres (20 tillable, the rest pasture) with 4200 sq ft house and some ag buildings runs 2000 a year.
