Allan, dragging the hydro should not have hurt anything. If you are going to do it more than a few yards, and slow, you need to take the sun gears out of the hydro motors at the wheels or if lucky turn the plate around on the motor cap, has a nipple, and that will dis-engage the sun gear internally. Need pic of motor at the wheel. If sun gears are removed or dis-engaged the brakes may not work!
I would suspect the cab mounts may have moved affecting the linkage. Or you bent the mount for the linkage where it attaches to the hydros (pumps). Does the hydro handle attach to linkages (rods) or to a push/pull cable?
Best (only) way is to jack it up and get both wheels to neutral. (have worked on JD but yours may be similar.
