50% of a contract can be mowed. It costs $75 per contract to release it for haying or grazing. If you have not already done so, it is too late to sign up. You had to have signed up prior to the filing of the lawsuit.

All CRP per my understanding could be mowed every three years with a 25% reduction in payment. Again, I think it was 50% that could be mowed in any given year. As I understand it, you could do 1/2 on year three, the other 1/2 on year four. You could then repeat as soon as the 1st half had another three years and the 2nd half the next year and so on.
