Tractor Pull

I want to establish a yearly tractor pull event out on the farm in southeast Missouri. I would like to start out and hopefully keep it just useing the 70 hp and below tractors, i.e. "A" jd, SM farmall, 630 jd, 460 & 560 farmall ect. I've got plenty of room. Now the question, Where can I get an already established set of rules for the conducting of the pull and plans on how to correctly build the pull sled, you know the one where people step up on it when it goes by. Any help or thoughts on this complete subject would be greatly appreciated. Finding, fixing, painting and appreciating these old tractors is truly satisfying but to be able to show their stuff would really be exciting. Thanks in advance for any help. Fred
