To bleed the fuel system---just above the three injector lines going to the cylinders there is a rubber hose going into a tee shaped fitting with a plug in the top of it. Loosen the plug which allows air bubbles to escape. Once there are no more air bubbles close and snug the fitting.
Push the hand throttle to the high speed position. Turn the engine over for a few seconds to bleed the high pressure fuel tube.
Did the engine start?
If not you may have to bleed each injector line at the injector. Throttle again open--loosen one line at a time and crank until air-free fuel flows from the connection. Tighten each 18-22 foot pounds torque.
Should be good to go. Do not crank engine more than 30 continual seconds.
