Redbone, where do you live? I am in Oconee county and we are beginning to get showers the last few weeks. What dam are they breaking to get more water? The reason Hartwell and the other lakes will not fill up is the huge amount of evaporation from the surfaces of all the lakes and all the water being pumped out to cities like Greenville.
