Lanse, try Sealy Tractor in Sealy. I've done some business with them and they were very helpful. As far as the tires you only need a adapter valve to fill them with water. Costs less than $10. Turn the wheel so the valve is 3/4 of the way from the top, then fill until you hear the water flow stop making noise. You can check by taking valve stem out and turning wheel until water flows out or just push in the valve and when you see water coming out you know you at the level you want. But water will rust wheels. CC is best for filling tires.
