That's your stinkin butt too. Cat aint nearly the deal it gets sold for. Don't misunderstand me I like Cat too, but that 8V92 will outdo a 1693 or a 3406 Cat terribly bad if you want it to. The new Detroit won't hold a candle to the old style 8V92 either. The fastest and hardest pulling engine I ever ran was a 12V71 twin turbo, 105 injectors, turning 2550 rpm's, 5X4 D/O with a 411 Rockwells. Monfort had alot of disappointed drivers when that screamin jimmie wanted past them. You could put a cry baby Monfort driver in his place anywhere from Donners to Snowshoe, and they all had at least a 1693-425 Them boys liked the sound of my engine, they just did'nt get a chance to listen very long unless I wanted to let them run with it. The only problem it ever had was from lugging it to let a Catapillar be your Pollock fuzzbuster.
