First, I am from southern Indiana. We have been dealing with the TWO new bridges that will be built in the next 20 years. I remember the deal with the toll roads, and I remember I disagreed. One thing I have not remembered is what is happening/happened to this money. Since we got $4 billion up front, why spend it all (if we did) and not have any income for the next 74-73 years? Or are we saving and spending a little a year and earning interest?
