Inasmuch as the link you provided is two years old, I really haven't seen much improvement in the road other than upgrading the toll booths and going to IZOOM. In two years I would think some milestones should have been met. Maybe they were. Maybe it was upgrading of the toll booths. Ohio, on the other hand has done a terrific job of upgading their road. I've seen a constant effort there to provide more lanes where necessary, re-paving projects, and the complete rebuilding of rest stops is terrific. They have also raised their tolls. I can only think of one project in Indiana. Replacing a small bridge, that has been ongoing for about two years. At least it seems that long.
