You need to check some facts bud. Ford bought a huge part of Cummins several years ago. Yet another guy spouting off without checking facts. The specific reason they bought their part of Cummins, had to do with the fact that the Ford Diesel being built in Brasil did not meet new polution specs for US, and it cost far less for Ford to buy part of Cummins than id did to develope new engines. This is fact that can be proven if you would do a little checking of the facts.
