Parts suppliers, like Moog, published catalogs of their products; the better ones (sometimes called Dealer or Master catalogs, but not always) have a section listing the ujoints etc by number and under that number stating what it fits. Such a catalog often has cross-indexes to other major brand ujoints, so you wouldn't necessarily have to find a Moog catalog. NAPA and other parts stores, repair shops etc use these as counter catalogs. I've got a ujoint catalog here, but it's from the 50's, too old for your stuff. If none of the local parts stores are helpful, you may be able to find a good ujoint catalog on Ebay. Good luck.
