Lanse, is the hole big or small. Sand all the way around it and then put several pieces, one bigger than the first, of fiberglass roving or mat on it with EPOXY, I repeat EPOXY resin . Do not use cheap polyester resin. Epoxy is gasoline and water proof. Fill the tank with old nuts and bolts and/or gravel and fasten it to the kubota wheel and drive around a while with it being very careful. Then rinse the tank with lacquer thinner and buy tank coating and from several sources. Apply it the same way. Henry email open
