I wouldn't put any of those vans at 25 mpg. Chevy site lists their new vans at 12-18 so I doubt the older ones' get 25, 15 is probably about right. Too much and too flat front area for good fuel mileage. I would check vacuum hoses and mechanical lines under the dash, must not be flippin a door to direct the air. Things I didn't like, working and trying to get at stuff on a van, fuel mileage, and not having more in front of me in case of an accident, even though I didn't have any in 200k.
