It is an unstyled WC. A fairly early WC. Before they changed over to elec start. The crank was removable in electric start models. It has spoke wheels too, anothe sign of early models. Probably 1936 or there abouts. About 39 or 39 they startedto change over to solid wheels, electric start, leading up to the styleing change. I would say it is definately worth fixing up. Would love to have one like it,even in that condition.
