Grader blades

Im thinking about buying a 8 foot grader blade. Yesterday I went and looked at a few different makes and kind of like the Land Pride 3596. I was told I could buy it for $700, another guy I talked to said the same blade would be $850. Do any of you have one of these, what do you think about them and how does that price of $700 sound.
