I don't think the tractor actually rolled up side down. I (think) by the video and pictures that roll over means the tractor rolled (moving)over him. Like maybe not locking the brakes before getting off the tractor. I am not saying that is what happened just something I have done in the past and had to jump back on the tractor and to keep it from rolling into what I was hooking to.
Tragic for sure and something to keep in mind and talk to young and old about. All of us need to think about all that can happen while we are operating any piece of equipment. Thinking of what could go wrong before and as we operate any machinery. On another board an Ohio man is just home from an arm being patched and screwd back togather after getting caught in a bailer. I almost lost the use of my left hand in a combine about ten years back. All of which is a lack of fore thought.
