Acording to the owner's manual for my IH 254 the pin base to pin base measurement for Cat 1 is 26 & 7/8". A variance of 1/2" is well within the adjustment range of your 3 point. My boom pole is considerably narrower than standard and hooks up just fine. Making your own implements can be fun. What do you have in mind?
