Anybody ever give it any thought to the farm programs and handouts on certian crops? I kinda wonder when our government will more or less have contol of what you grow. Anytime the government gives a hand out, they have a trick up their sleeves, or money under the table.
I was told a few years ago by a High school principal that any child nowdays that has any learning problems, even ever so minor gets alot of attention. Kinda like a doe in season gets alot of attention you might say. The reason they need kids with learning or physical problems is the school gets extra funding for such stuff. And the special educators are then needed and funded for their efforts--otherwise if they just sharpen pencils all day they may loose their jobs. Don't mistake this for those kids that realy need a little help, as that is all good. It is just like anything else--abused.

So maybe I best just be greatfull.
