It is sad that congress has nothing better to do then regulate everything, except house lending practices, banking laws, crude oil price fixing--basically everything that is important. Congress would rather make sure that nobody uses regular light bulbs, (which by the way I will be buying *hitloads of them B4 they are outlawed) If congress wanted to do something that saved alot of electricity then they should push to have all industrial air compressors shut off when not used. 10% of the kilowatts used in the USA is for powering air compressors in industry, I dont know how much of this is accurate but is probably close. Also shut down congress for 3 days per week that will save on electricity and hot air too.
