I think we need more info. Did this just start? Do you have the gearbox engaged so that the rake should be driven off the ground? I know I bend one of the round bars that the tines go down inbetween. Sometimes the rake would work fine and other times a tine would get on the wrong side of the round bar and the thing would lock up solid..
