I have two b275s and have never burned up a glow plug. I have burned out the indicator because of a loose connection and letting it get wet, but never a plug. They are all tied in series, including the indicator, that makes them about two volts a piece but they draw a lot of amprage. Make sure all of your connections are tight and make sure none of the connecting wires are touching ground. Make sure the connecting wires are installed properly. disconnect the grounding wire from the first plug up by the water pump and make sure there is no other ground to the plugs. Is it always the same plug ? let me know what you find.
