Had 120 acres divided into three 40's, and an additional 40 acre piece with an older farm house, 40x80 machine shed, 40x100 cattle barn, and 2+ stall garage brought $67,000. All the land was a mixture of hardwood forest, a small amount of low ground, and hayfields.
