You reminded me of the old days with the New Holland 68 small sq baler. Every stroke of the plunger the small chaff would drop onto the hay rack wagon hooked on behind. That's one advantage of pulling a wagon rather than dropping them on the field. When the wagon was empty we pushed off the chaff to feed later before taking the wagons back to the field.
