Any and all spark plugs will foul when the mixture is too rich and the engine too cold or if it"s an oil burner. Get the coolant temp up to 195+F, lean the carb idle & main back and see what happens. If it still fouls plugs drain the oil and use some CF-2 low ash 40wt oil rated for two stroke detroit diesels. CF-2 burns with less ash deposites left behind. If the plugs are Champions, practice your best throwing arm towards the garbage pail. Install Autolite 3116, Denso 3020 or AC Delco CL88.
