I was gonna offer some expert advise, but when I read all the threads I decided the best thing to do would be to trade this 8n dorf for an Super A or Super C Farmall with exhaust lift. One that has'nt been converted over to 12 volt neg ground.
Maybe with a factory hand crank, and still firing on a mag.
I been trying to think and can't figger out how you would tell if an 8n lost power or not.
