MN Bob Well.......... I also sell to horse people at $4.00 a bale. I just put up 250 bales of alf which cost me $108.00 fuel ...15.00 twine. I cut on the 16th and it rained about all week. Finally got it baled 23rd. Probl for me is alf gets dry rain and hail come knocks leaf off. So long and short for me is 4.00 x 250 =1000 dollars. I hauled 106 bales to sale barn prob get 1.50 for. we'll see lose of few hundred dollars. :[
