I had a 16 foot 8,000 lb equipment trailer built by them about four years ago. Trailer is well built but 2 months after I bought it one of the wheels almost came off. Found no cotter pin to hold nut on axle. Checked other three wheels and found one axle nut threads stripped with no back up washer between bearings and nut. Called factory to talk to salesman but he was gone. Wrote two lellers but no answer. Went to BBB and they would not reply. Fixed axle myself. I would never buy from them again because of this. This was at the near Lexington, NC. DH
