if you bought by credit card stop payment on the it. You chould be able to send it back via UPS or USPS and stipulate that the sender pay the freight. I used to sell some stuff on Ebay and I always shipped anything with the buyer to pay the shipping charges upon receipt or the package so I know they can do it. If you stop payment on the part and send it back this way you pay nothing and they either have to pay the shipping to get their part back or eat everything which is what they should do anyway.
