I tried to explain your axle type in your last post but maybe you did not see it so here goes...
Ford made 3 axles in the time frame your tractor was built. 1) A regular adjustable axle for the ag tractors. Your 641 most likely has this axle. 2) A heavy duty adjustable axle for the ag tractors. This axle looks the same as the regular ag axle but the wheel bearing; center pivot pin; wheel hubs; spindles; ect are different. (They are heavy duty) Your 621 has this axle if the sticker is original and not just something someone stuck on there for looks. 3) A solid non adjustable industrial axle. Your tractor can not have this axle because there is no such thing as a 601 light industrial. It would have been called a 2000 not a 601.
Some other differences between your 641 and 621 are......... The 641 came stock with gauges; hyd system; 3 point; PTO; swinging drawbar; lights; and tool box with tools. None of these are standard on a 621 but all were offered as add on options. The best way to explain it is by looking at say a Ford pickup. The 621 is the XL model and the 641 is the XLT model. You can get everything a XLT pickup has on a XL pickup it is just not standard equipment on the XL. Cost extra to add it. A lot of state or city tractor were 621's because they could buy it cheaper and add PTO but no 3 point. They did this because they pulled drag brush cutters rather than 3 point cutters.
