That decal would indicate an industrial front axle to go with a loader with the backhoe shown on the tractor. Wether it is an actual heavy front end or not I cannot tell but a dealer may have just put that decal on with the standard front axle just to sell a tractor to somebode that did not know the differences and with the 4 on the hood it sounds like it was a corperate unit at one time when new so would have been easy for dealer to do that as HQ would have never looked at tractor even if they would have known what to look for.
