China's raising the price of fuel to curtail usage, so China's not the culprit, we're the biggest user of fuel but when we cut back, up to 20%, there's no effect on the cost of fuel? Why is drilling going to help supply and demand if the problem supposedly has always been refineries, but I've never been to a gas station that didn't have fuel.
