Hard to tell for sure from the pictures. The exhaust manifold is from an F-20 (exhaust out the top, the exhaust on a regular is to the side just above the frame rail), but what I can see of the steering gear looks like it might be a regular. Entirely possible someone changed the manifold somewhere along the line.
A regular would have a brass "mixer" carburetor, but it looks like whatever carburetor this one had is gone. Is the transmission 3 speed or 4 speed? 3 speed = regular, 4 speed = F-20 (or F-30).
Without something to compare the size against, its hard to tell, but it might also be an F-30. The F-20 & F-30 look a lot alike, but the F-30 is bigger overall. An F-20 or Regular will be about 5 feet tall at the top of the radiator. An F-30 is taller, probably around 6 feet (going from memory here, I'd have to go to the son-in-laws house to measure an F-30).
The serial number plate should be riveted to the back of the toolbox under the gas tank. If its gone, look on the top of the left frame rail just ahead of the radiator & below the air cleaner. The serial number should also be stamped there.
More/better pictures would help. You'll need a serial number or casting numbers to date it.
