I and T price guide vs Hot Line vs reality

I've been comparing the 99 I and T with the 99 Hot Line and wow! One could get in serious trouble with these prices!... As an example, if I read things correctly, a CIH 895 MFD with cab lists for the high 20's while in the Hot line it's 11 -16K . What gives ??? Is there a truly reliable price guide? Maybe I'll buy with the Hot line and sell with the I and T?
