You can find some good help online. Find the salvage yards nearest you. Check out the salvage yard at Sterling, Oh at www.stoller.qpg.com. Lists of yards can be found at atis.com and samstractors.com., (there might be salvage yards in adjoining states that are closeer) also the atis has a list of restoration links.
Since I know where Ohio is and that is about all I know about Ohio, I hope you have a place to do it yourself inside.

If you rebuild the motor, you could use hardened seats and valves, and unleaded fuel. But if your old tractor runs good, a simple lead substitute added to the gas is a perfectly reasonable solution.
