After going thru the flood of 93 near St. louis, I can give you an idea of what to expect for help. Corp of engineers will tell you things during the flood and after you flood they say we didn't say that. Then FEMA says this is what we will do to help you. Then They'll say no that's not what we said and or they'll start adding strings. Such as we'll do this but you have to meet and or do certain requirements. Some will only be given minimum while other will come out like Midas. Main thing is to keep your cool and have patients. Remember your dealing with the federal government
