After I bought my farm in ND I found that having others do things for me always led to dissapointment. No matter how much I paid things got done wrong or didn't get done at all. I ended up buying 3 tractors, a truck, discs, drill, chisel plow, cultivator, rotary mower and a sprayer. I would rather take time off from work and pay to fly back than to accept a favor.
