Thanks for the info. I plan on keeping the tubes in the tires even if I find new rims. The problem is the center (pilot) hole in the rims. Mine are 9.75" and 5 lug. The 8N rims have a 4.625" pilot hole and 6 lugs. I'm trying to keep the cost down and just buy the rims, it looks like I may have to buy new 4.00x19 rims and tires.
