same issue with our laptop. They even had the gall to let it sit for 4 weeks and then come back and say it wasnt covered because the warrenty expired! YA, 3 weeks AFTER they recieved it in there service dept. I just told the manager that we had spent X amount of dollars there in the last 10 years and that we wouldnt spend $1 dollar there in the next 100 years. Apparently they didnt need our business. Custumer satisfaction doesnt matter in todays, "who else are they gonna buy it from" mentality of big businesses. Mom and Pop shop, charge me a bit more, I will gladly buy it from you! Also I havent been to Walmart for a few years and I am doing just fine, have the tools I NEED, and didnt have to pay all that much more that I would have at the Big W.
