I bought a new Amana refigerator from them back in 2002 and I bought the extended warranty too. The compressor was defective and I called them at their store and they said to call the extended warranty number. Never could get any response from them. I called Amana and they sent a man out and said it was the compressor. I still had the old refrigerator that was working and transferred everything back to it.
