I bought a new Amana refigerator from them back in 2002 and I bought the extended warranty too. The compressor was defective and I called them at their store and they said to call the extended warranty number. Never could get any response from them. I called Amana and they sent a man out and said it was the compressor. I still had the old refrigerator that was working and transferred everything back to it. Amana replaced the compressor in my kitchen after ordering the compressor in. Haven't bought any appliances from them since. Hal
