I agree that E machines are junk, but I didn't know that at the time. Since I tend to have bad luck with electronics, I always buy the extended warranty and it has proved to be a wise policy for me. If I had not had the extended warranty on this machine, they wouldn't have done anything. Unfortunately, they replaced it with another E machine, so I bought the extended warranty again. I have no doubt there will be another chapter in this melodrama.
