Take the cover off the front of the timing case right in front of the pump. There is a 19mm nut in the middle of the gear. Turn in counter clock wise. It will get tight in about a turn after it gets broke loose. Keep turning and it will pull the gear off the pump shaft.The pump will go right back on if you dont jump the gear mesh.
