This is true...... Last year when every one was crying for rain we had plenty. We have been getting our share this year but it seems to be coming in short; spaced out gully washers rather than our constant afternoon shower every day. Sure has made it hot and dry without them. Since we average over 5" per month I feel we could share and still be OK. LOL
