I got my 1978 Yamaha 750 special running. I hadn't rode in a while. A few years ago a 17 year old girl looked down to change the CD while I was stopped to make a left hand turn. She came up the tail pipe of my 700 Nighthawk. Not fun flying through the air and landing on the pavement. It took a year to recover. Unfortunately, with the price of gas, my wife is now driving the Geo Metro and I am going back to the 750. It's kind of funny, I used to only drive Chevy 4x4s, now my wife and I are driving three bangers. We are what you would call downwardly mobile!!!
