I would say that a 33% markup ($0.90 to $1.20)is pretty good for any business, mind you there are a lot of other factors (and expenses involved). Natural gas out west here is a pretty good bargain. We average about $70 per month on a year round averaging payment basis ($840 annually) and that's Canadian Dollars that aren't worth much of anything down there. And it's cold here man (at least it usually is until this winter). That would be about $550 US in a cooler area, pretty good.
