My brother lived in Sioux Lookout for years. He works forestry out of Thunder Bay now, but back then he was doing timber cruising and road layout all over that country. He tells the story of finding a smashed stove, fridge and deep freeze 10 miles from any road. Figures they were lost out of a plane. Friend of his flew for Bearskin Airways for a long time and sometimes they had to unload due to engine trouble or weather blowup. Wild country.
